Packaging

We make sure that your cards arrive in the best condition possible. Each individual card would be sleeved ( yes even the common cards : p ). High value cards would get their individual hard top-loader for extra protection. Then the cards are sealed in a water resistant bag. Finally, the cards would be packed safely with hard backing and then sealed in an envelope complete with a "DO NOT BEND" stamp.

For bigger packages, we will use hard boxes to minimise possibility of damages or squashed boxes. 

Shipment (Local - Singapore): 

Free local normal mail shipment for purchases above $50 (for single cards). Do note that while Singpost local normal mail is generally safe, we will not be responsible for any damages/lost mail by Singpost. 

Registered shipping is highly recommended as there will be tracking number provided. 

Packages are generally dispatched within 48 hrs after receipt of payment. However, during peak periods (such as black friday and 11.11 sales), our courier partners might be overwhelmed and it could take 1 or 2 more days for the items to be picked up for dispatch. 

 For purchases which do not qualify for free shipping, the following shipment methods are available:

For Registered Mail/SmartPac, a tracking number will be provided to you upon dispatch, for tracking purposes. We might try out other couriers such as Aramax, Qexpress or Ninjavan to gauge how good these couriers are. These couriers will also provide tracking number for your tracking purposes. 


Shipment (Overseas): 

For overseas shipment, 

Cardingedge ships internationally via Singapore Post (Singpost).

Delivery fees are levied based on the total weight of your purchases, which will be calculated automatically upon checkout. 

Do note that your parcel cannot be tracked if normal mail is selected. Cardingedge will not be responsible for any lost normal mail.

The maximum insurance amount based on Singpost Registered mail is **S$68. If you require faster shipping or custom shipping options (e.g. DHL, FEDEX), please contact us - we will manually calculate the costs for you.

**Due to parcel insurance coverage, we will need to declare the exact item value purchased. Taxes imposed by the destination country (if any) will be borne by the buyer (shipping fee does not include tax).

For Registered Mail, a tracking number will be provided to you upon dispatch for tracking purposes. We will not be able to provide any additional updates except from the tracking number updates, as the detailed shipping status are managed by the courier companies.
